Annual Dues
Annual dues are currently $60 for 2023 for the calendar year (January 1st - December 31st).
You will receive an invoice by mail and email (if you gave us your email).
Dues are due by April 1st.

NOTE: Per our Covenants, late fees of 18% are applied for late payments. Liens are filed for accounts over $200. HOA liens do not expire. Interest keeps accruing on all past due amounts, including liens.
Management of the Subdivision
The Rivers Board of Directors started managing the subdivision on 7/28/2021.
The original Covenants and Bylaws are still in effect.
